Assistant Manager, Human Resources

Handling Personnel and HR matters with regard to recruitment selection, interview, employee contract, Insurance (Term life, Inpatient, Jamsostek), termination, training, attendance report, etc
Handling company issue regarding to the manpower activity and Industrial relation

Requirements:
Male, maximum age 30 years old
Graduated from reputable university in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent
At least has 3 years experience in similar position
Must have good knowledge of payroll and PPh 21
Experience in Employee relation, compensation, benefit and recruitment
Having good knowledge about Government regulation (Labor Law) on workforce
Good in English both oral and written
Microsoft Office literate
Good organizational and analytical skills
Hardworking, high integrity, independent, reliable, honest and able to work under pressure
Good communications skills and ability to get along with people
